Spoto Terms of Service

Spoto provides a free parking finder for drivers. It may display street parking, garages, pricing, probability estimates, navigation links, and other parking-related information.

You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your own driving, parking, safety, and legal compliance decisions.

If you submit spot reports, availability signals, comments, or similar parking data to Spoto, you keep any rights you already have in that content, but you grant Spoto a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, copy, store, modify, analyze, aggregate, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and commercialize that data.

This license allows Spoto to improve its parking products, train and refine availability models, combine your submissions with other data sources, and build commercial products or analytics derived from user-submitted parking data.

Spoto does not guarantee that a displayed parking spot, report, or probability estimate will still be available when you reach it. All parking information is provided for guidance only.

You remain solely responsible for verifying local parking rules, pricing, time limits, permits, and on-the-ground conditions before parking.

• Do not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from Spoto using bots, scripts, or other automated means.
• Do not access Spoto through unauthorized automation, reverse engineer the service, or attempt to discover source code, models, or internal logic.
• Do not interfere with the service, introduce malware, abuse rate limits, or submit false or misleading parking data at scale.

Spoto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any minimum uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spoto disclaims warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of parking data.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Spoto at any time. We may also modify these terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the effective date, posting the revised terms on the site, or using another reasonable notice method before the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by French law. Unless mandatory law states otherwise, disputes relating to Spoto or these terms will be handled under the laws and courts of France.
